Learning Design
I have designed a variety of courses for higher education, vocational and industry. This includes courses for Master’s degrees, Bachelor’s, Diplomas, Certificates, microcredentials and short courses. I have designed courses using various authoring tools and platforms (eg. Articulate, Moodle, Canva, OpenLearning, etc.)
Management & Operations
I have worked in senior management positions in several educational institutions including RTOs, English Language, training colleges, and a private high school.

I have helped many clients pass ASQA and TEQSA audits by writing compliant assessment tools (including marking guides and mapping documents), Teaching and Assessment Strategies, policies and procedural documents and teaching content.

I have worked with many SMEs from different industries and university settings to gather information and resources on a variety of courses. I then condense and synthesise this information into bite size chuncks written in clear and plain English for learners to easily understand.
